Job Description

 

    The Business Development Manager (BDM) under the supervision of Business Development Director is responsible for developing new and profitable business in the assigned work area of CKS by utilizing appropriate marketing and sales techniques.  He / she will have the overall responsibility to generate new projects, track prospective customers, look for additional business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships.

Enterprise Enabler - Bangalore


Job Description

 

    Enterprise Enabler - Bangalore (EEB) under the supervision of Financial Manager and Admin Manager is responsible for supervising all admin related activities, maintain all accounts related data and making Annual / Quarterly plans for the financial issue of the company. He / she will have the overall responsibility to make logistical arrangements and maintaining vendor relationships.

     

Desired Profile

 

    Finance:

     

  • Assist the Manager in the Annual Business Planning phase, through collation of historical data and preparation of Expenditure Budget for Statutory and Administrative payments.

    Project Profitability Statement (on completion of each project; subsequently on a Quarterly basis).

    Budget Vs Actuals Variance Analysis for departmental expenses, on a Quarterly basis.

    Quarterly reporting on Revenue & Profit status, Vs Targets.

    Preparation of Financial Statements (B/S, P/L and Cash Flow Statement) of the Company on quarterly, half yearly and annual basis.

    Weekly Reporting of Balances with Banks.

    Weekly Reporting of Cheques in transit status.

    Pass Journal Entries in the ERP system maintained by CKS for all financial transactions

    Prepare draft Financial Statements of the Company and submit to EEH for review and finalisation.

    Liaise with both Statutory and Tax auditors and ensure the availability for all information required for successful completion of audits.

    Prepare both Service Fee and Reimbursement invoices, as per the billing milestones in the Service Agreement, and send them out to the Client.

    Prepare the Returns and Forms which CKS is required to file with STPI authorities and ensure timely submission.

    Procurement and Maintenance of Project Equipment

    Prepare the salary processing statement, every month, after making the required TDS deductions and verifying the Leave details

     

    Admin:

     

    Coordinate with project team and make travel and accommodation arrangements for the staff.

    Verify the invoice, received from the travel agency, against the tickets booked and forward to the Accounts department to take further actions.

    Procurement of gifts for interview respondents.

    Assemble the Project Kit for team members as per the specified Checklist.

    Responsible for handling routine expenditure, on office supplies, housekeeping, etc. through a Petty Cash System. Obtain a weekly cash advance (as per the specified limit).

    Supervise class-iv staff and maintain and update the Housekeeping checklist and Pantry Register.

    Maintain a schedule of CEO’s planned foreign trips and arrange for flight tickets and hotel bookings.

    Compile marketing brochures and arrange for the requisite number of copies to be printed

    Liaise with the approved vendor for printing of visiting cards and procurement of office stationery. Perform the tasks of an Event Manager for any Ad-hoc marketing events that CKS may take up, from time to time.

    Responsible for organizing and making logistical arrangements for client visits.

HR Executive


Job Description

 

    The Human Resources Executive (HRE) is responsible for maintaining an optimal Resource Mix that best addresses the manpower requirements of CKS, thus ensuring that sufficient resources are on hand, at any given point in time, to service Client projects and achieve the assigned Revenue Targets. The HRE shall also administer the established processes and systems enumerated in the CKS HR Manual.

     

Desired Profile

 

     

  • Create a sustainable Resourcing Plan to ensure that CKS’ manpower requirements are met with the desired profiles and that, sufficient resources are available to service Client needs

    Liaise with the HRM, Marketing Resourcing Manager (MRM) and the respective departmental heads to set up interview dates with prospective candidates.

    Prepare the Offer Letter/Employee Contract, in the designated format, for the selected candidates.

    Prepare the Regret Letter, in the designated format, for rejected candidates.

    Maintain an extensive network among various sourcing channels, ranging from Educational Institutions, website portals and print media, in order to create a reliable feeder system for CKS’ manpower requirements

    Initiate the recruitment process through the identified sourcing channels, upon receiving a Manpower Requisition from any of the other Departmental Heads.

    Screen the various profiles to determine compatibility with CKS requirements and ensure that sufficient background verification procedures are performed.

    Conducts the final salary negotiations with candidates.

    Sign the Offer Letter or Employee Contract once the candidate has cleared the final interview.

    Conduct the induction procedures for new joiners (depending on their level of seniority)

    Maintain a record of all Goal Setting and Performance Appraisal Forms.

    Prepare the Increment/Bonus letter as per the designated format.

    Conducts the Exit Interview and verifies the Handover Sheet to ensure that all CKS assets have been recovered from the departing employee.

    Ensure that employee databases, both electronic and paper based, are maintained and updated regularly (by EB and ED).

    Administers and enforces the policies and systems enumerated in the CKS HR Manual.

    Analyses the manpower position and decides on the allocation of field resources across various projects.

Job Description

 

    The candidate will be required to conduct detailed and informed usability studies of subjects for research projects, with respect to technology and media use, etc. The position will involve working with fellow researchers, designers and clients for the further development of existing services/product. We require a hands on and insightful person who carry out ethnographic observation, interviews, usability tests, contextual inquiries, and heuristic evaluations. This position is New Delhi based.
