Regional Manager
Job Description
The Regional Manager (RM) is responsible for conceptualization and delivery of all Research and Design Projects, and is the face of CKS, to Clients, for Project Operations. He / She is expected to build a cutting edge team, striking an optimal balance between Sociologists/Researchers and Designers, and capacity enable them with his/her knowledge and experiences of best practices in the industry. He / She will also need to get involved in extensive client acquisition and retention as a part of their job description both regionally and cross geographically.

Experience in consumer research, relationship management, product planning and marketing.

Ability to handle multiple teams and ensure successful project completion.

Excellent workshopping and analysis skills.

Very strong communication skill is a must (Verbal and Written).

The candidate will be expected to check the proposals written and is expected to make client presentations

Must have good experience in handling research and design projects.

Excellent planning, organization and time management skills.

Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.

Persuasive skills and ability to convince prospective customers about the service provided.

Specialization in User Experience and Usability.

Must be willing to participate in business development activities and represent CKS in events, conferences and client meetings.
Languages: English, Hindi
Experience:3 to 5 years of experience in consumer research / client relationship management and experience in handling multiple teams and across geography. Experience of working in a creative environment will be an important asset.

Graphic Designer
Job Description
The candidate should be able to produce design solutions to communicate client messages with high visual impact. Develop creative ideas and concepts choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the client's objectives. The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.

Must involve in discussions and to interpret the client's business needs and to develop a concept to suit their purpose

Estimate the time required to complete the work and providing quotes for clients

Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through online research

Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts

Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time

Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to your Manager and Client.

Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work

Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief

Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches

Need to work as part of a team with marketing team, copywriters, researchers, other designers .
